Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms govern your use of EchoRelay ("the service"), operated by The Perception Collective ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-English starting version and will be updated as the product develops.

The service

EchoRelay helps you create on-brand social content and images from your own inputs, and publish or schedule them to platforms you connect. The service is currently offered as an early / founding-access product and is provided on an "as available" basis, without any uptime guarantee.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Your content

AI-generated content

EchoRelay uses AI to draft copy and generate images. AI output can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you publish it, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your audience.

Connected platforms

When you publish through a third-party platform (for example Meta, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads or Metricool), your use of that platform is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them, and we are not responsible for a platform's availability, decisions or actions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use EchoRelay to create or publish unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or infringing content, to send spam, to attempt to breach the service's security, or to misuse others' data.

Fees

Some features may require a paid plan or consume usage credits. Where fees apply, they will be shown to you before you incur them. Founding-access terms, if offered, will be stated at the point of sign-up.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

We also reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including where we decide that an account or its use is not a fit for the platform. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will give you notice.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
